Bad Service for Delivery of online products and Vodacom doesn't care.

Hi Vodacom and Your Vodacom Ram

I have never had such a bad service in my life. We placed an order online and we never receive it, no update logged a ticket: no proper update, and now the order has been returned back. A simple call to a customer and make sure that they get their device. I will never use Vodacom online ever.
