Bad service for cancellation and not helping

I have called 082158 to cancel my Vodacom contract and the consultant refused to cancel the contract which I no longer use and insisted that I upgrade the number. I no longer want this contract as I have enough data on another number. Can someone please assist to cancel my contract on ***.
