Bad service

my name is Mbali Ntuli *** yesterday i called you guys to do a sim swap yesterday on *** i found this rude lady called Nancy Moagi from bytes, that lady she wasn't nice at all i didn’t receive a good customer service from her and as soon as she's done with a sim swap she didn’t even ask to rate her level pf service she just hung up the phone. Guys is how you handle your customers?, is this how you trained your agent to treat other ppl bad?
