Bad Service & faulty merchandise

I signed up for a new contract with Vodacom in Dec 2015 (20 Dec to be exact). The phone I received had to be taken in for repairs on the 5th Jan (it was apparently a software issue & a battery replacement). Then at the end of March my phone started acting up again, it had to go in for repairs again on the 4th Apr. I was told the \Main board\" of the phone needs to be replaced, I told them that sounded like a big deal and I would feel more comfortable with a replacement phone as this phone was 3 months old and already had to go in for repairs twice. I was told no by both Vodacom repairs shop and the Vodacom store(both in fourways). I mentioned to them that it even says in the CPA that I am well with in my rights to receive a replacement device as it was less than 6 months old and I was told in no uncertain terms that once I had signed the contract and received the phone that's where their service ended. I was told I could consult a lawyer if I wanted to. Needless to say I still don't have a phone 10 days later. Please help"
