Bad service/ False information

I ordered multiple items on the website on black friday and received emails stating that my order has been placed and items reserved with references numbers and that an agent will contact me within 24 hours to finalized the deal to which i never received any call regarding my orders, after numerous attempts to get a call back from vodacom i received a call today on the 05/12/2018 almost two weeks after i placed my orders, only for them to tell me that all the deals are sold out. i do understand the deals were only valid for a certain period of time, but my orders were placed and the emails state that the items have been reserved on my name, so how is it possible that they can tell me 2 weeks later that there isnt stock left.
