May you kindly assist me in resolving dispute with Vodacom...and Vodacom number ***...

So last year in July I received the call from their lawyers saying I owe 1125 which I paid in 3 equal installments and asked for the account to be closed. all the consultants they told me they can't...earlier this year I'm told to pay 111,78I did... now I see they have loaded the data which they supposed to close this account better yet they even put out the bill on it which I didn't ask for this and I need this account to be closed

Please assist cause it's ruining my credit score..
