Bad service experience
I am highly disgusted in the level of service I’ve been receiving from Vodacom. After placing a order from the vodabucks department for a smart watch on the 27th of November 2020 and paying it. No one can give me an answer as to why I haven’t received it. After multiple phone calls and emails, I’m still not getting answers! Does it really take almost 4 months to deliver a watch?

Still no contact from anyone at Vodacom. This after giving them 3 days to make some sort of contact. My phone number to call me is ***. This is just incase they say they don’t have information even though I’m one of their clients. In 10 days from now this order was placed 4 months ago! This is unprofessional on so many levels. I’m sure im not the only one having to fight with Vodacom over something this simple. When the order was placed the money went off immediately. Yet almost 4 months later I’m still waiting on my order. This is ******* and I’m really disgusted in the level of service from such a well known business!
