Bad Service Ever - Vodacom- Vodashop Gateway

I need the express my disappointment by the way my query was handled by consultant ( Revanis Govender) I must say the person has no respect , no ethics for other race (blacks) I went to the shop to do a company sim swop with all requirement (letterhead and ID’s) stating fully what needs to be done. The fact that all was in order he came with an excuse that the person who signed the letter head which is IT Manager whose portfolio is to look after Vodacom account is not authorize to sign the letter and only a director is allowed, despite me telling him that he is in charge of data packages and I’m the administrator for the company he refuses to help, went on and call the company to verify my identity, I find this very racial act and needs to be addressed immediately. What frustrates me is that its not the first time I’m going to the shop to do company’s sim swop and never had such issue and all letters were signed by the very same IT MANAGER. I need to consultant to be dealt with and undergo training and how to treat customers equally.
