Vodacom has the worst customer service ever. They have the nerve of sending draft summons messing up a person's credit record when they are the ones who are inefficient. One year later still trying to resolve a simple mistake caused by them. Very inefficient . No response to emails, staff at shop can't help. Number given not answered Only efficient on sending summons
