Bad service ever from Vodacom Maponya mall

Vodacom maponya has a very bad service regards communicating with clients making excuses it about 2 months since i bought back my iphone13 told me that they will call me but still I haven't received any feedback on them now I received a call from vodacom saying I must pay for a phone that i don't know where it is how can I pay for a phone that I didn't use only use it for 3 weeks and I took it back to the store since from 13 October till date waiting for them to call me
