bad service ever
<p>I requested a copy of my contract from vodacom and as the customer service person told me that he need to send it througnh to the right department as I upgreaded Online - only the online department could send it to me, i have a refrence number, 2 weeks after i receved a sms that my case is closed and no contract </p>
