bad service ever

Vodacom LTE / business is very useless , their urgent to care about clients , my Wi-Fi has been off for a month i logged a call to get assistance , they said they would send a technician within 7-8 Working hour its been almost 2weeks, when i call the call Centre all the agents can say is ahhh we see that its unstable , I'm on the line right now as i type this speaking to thembi rantsane , she told me she escalated this matter all i have to wait for a call, i asked to speak to a manager she said her manager is in a meeting , asked for the managers name , she says its Sandile, asked for the surname, she says she doesn't know , when i asked how don't you know who you report to , don't you send email, or have meetings with your manager , all she said is she is not interested in knowing her managers surname, I've been on the line for 45muns now still holding for Sandile with no surname, the consultant told ne Sandile will be on the line within 5min I'm still holding , Vodacom is a ripoff as for their consultants , they will be out off business soon, she also gave me this number to call and follow up *** , she cant get ahold of these people how will i get ahold of them, they just dont care
