Bad service

i took out the Accidental cover with Vodacom for my Sons Tablet, the screen broke and i took it in for repairs in February, they advised me that they won't be able to fix it since i used a different simcard on it, i did admit that i did use a different simcard on the device, but i was never aware that even when you only want to be assisted with the broken screen requires for the vodacom device to be in the tablet. i did advise them when i was taking the contract that i won't be using much of their simcards since i took out the lowest usage because i have uncapped Wifi at home and the insurance guy never bothered to explain anything about removing a simcard from the tablet. The tablet is for my 4 year old and he mostly views the kids programs on it. I've been waiting for Vodacom to show me a comp of my insurance and i've been waiting since Feb and the tablet is by them. i did contact the repairs department in Canal Walk and Stephanie / Stephany answered the phone and she was very rude .
