BAD SERVICE

Very terrible service from Vodacom Shop Picbel Parkade, I went there to pay my account because once again the debit order didn't go off. I was assisted by a rude consultant who seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and she even overcharged me. The payment that I was supposed to make was R218 and I ended up paying R656 and when I asked her what were the charges included on that payment of R 656 , she then said she doesn't know and that I must contact the customer care line to find out.

I called customer care line (03/03/2023 at10:46) and I spoke to Mellisa who then explained that there's were no charges /arrears on my account . She then advised that she will send me an email and that I must send them a proof of payment and all the necessary details after the call.

Till today I am still waiting for an email from them .

I wouldn't recommend this network to anyone because their employees are rude and ***********.
