Bad service

Vodacom ALISOM in Westgate has poor service towards their client. To begin with when someone steps into a store and the consultants are sitting and having a chat while the clients wait for hour with no assistants that in itself is bad enough. I went there quering abt the insurance claim on my cellphone, the consultants were *********** in rendering a good service. I am left with an unswered question abt my claim. All I was told was to call the number with no specifications of which number. I called the number that was available and couldn't get through. I went back to advise the consultants that had attempted to help me and the best response I could get was that to day is something like a public holiday
