Bad service!!!!!!

I called the online department on Friday and spoke with Lloyd, who advised he would log a request for collection of an OBF device. I called today and spoke with Waseem or Waseel, and he placed me on hold for more than 15 minutes to request feedback from Lloyd, until i eventually hung up. I called back and spoke with a female consultant (didnt get her name) and she also placed me on hold to contact Lloyd. The level of service i received from Vodacom is appalling!!!
