Bad service. Don't use Vodacom

The service is the worst. What has happened to this company. I won a R50 Netflorist voucher from the My Vodacom app. The voucher however stated invalid when I wanted to claim it. From Friday the 13th November up until now I have phoned about 6 people who all spun me a different story. No one has helped me and no one from customer care rep**** to my email. I'm changing my service provider.
