Bad service delivery
Vodacom promised me 20G rewards after their consultant sold me incorrect products and upon investigation they admitted that I was wronged, they never fulfilled their promise I kept on calling everyday asking how far are they with rewards to my surprise their customer care has blocked my number from enquiring .Wooow is this the treatment Loyal customers get???? Woooooooow.
