Bad service delivery

Extremely disappointed with Vodacom customer service experience. I did an upgrade approximately 3 months ago. The Honor family package and it came without earphones. I called in numerous times until I was blocked for making to much calls. I called to ask when I will receive my earphones as it was part of my package deal. Up until today no feedback. My husband is also with Vodacom and his upgrade is due, he asked me now to renew as he can't deal with that kind of service. I'm with vodacom more than 20 years and not happy at all.
