Bad service delivery

Very poor service with regard to repairs. Takes nearly a month and when trying to contact the repair shop on the number provided calls just doesn't get answered. If in fact answered I am transferred to the workshop where the phone goes to voicemail thus I can't ask anyone to proceed with repairs. This is a world Class circus
