BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

In December 2015, I signed a new contract with Vodacom4u Cresta for 2 new lines, this was for a promo deal (iphone 5S for R199.00 PM). The contracts were approved but to date NO phones. <br> <br> I contacted Vodacom4u Cresta and was told that Vodacom SA does not have stock of the phones and it seems as they may not honor the contract as they will not be getting any more stock. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS as from the initial approval of the contract, I was told to expect the phones within 5 days as the consultant called head office to confirm stock availability.<br> <br> This is not the type service that I expected from Vodacom!!!<br> I trust that they will sort this out ASAP.<br> <br> Shakerah<br>
