Bad Service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from a Vodacom representatives.

During my interaction on 25 March 2026 , Gugu was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist me properly and to my surprise when i called again today the lady after Mpho didn't help also now i spoke to Paseka he is saying the call is still open after i waited 24 hours with no help and not captured correctly with query at hand .This is unacceptable and does not reflect professional customer service standards.

I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate action is taken, i need to be connected ASAP as my job is in the line as i'm working from home. I would also like feedback on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

Hi still no connection and no one calling me , I'm working from home i need the connection ASAP as now has cost me to buy data of which is expenditure i didn't plan for very inconveniencing me.
