Bad service

I've had over 200 vodacom bucks in the past week. I have 9/10 puzzles in the same week. All the prizes. I'm missing one.in those 200 bucks shakes I've won same puzzles. All puzzles I get is ' sorry you already collected this puzzle. Today I did 12 megashakes using 60 vodabucks. That's R600 R600 worth of money but 10 out of 12 megashakes are puzzles already collected. This shake off is not true. I spent money for nothing. So want to port my number
