Bad service

Yet again im here trying to get the attention of vodacom Had billing issues and wrote a review on hello peter got a response sorted out the issues and was promised ill be credited Got an email confirming this Now i get calls saying in in arrears and that i owe them Tried calling the guy who did these changes , sent numerous emails and still no response No one is paying me for taking so much time out to get these guys attention or for my airtime and data cost emailing them

Its sad after 20 plus years as a customer i cant even get a response and i have to resort to helo peter to get a response
