Bad service continues, can I give a minus star

So saga just continues

MyVodacom clearly states R596.17 to be debited,

30 June 2017

Guess what....yip that amount went off my account this morning....

Still have no idea what data I have used or what my balance is, but they have their money...

Clealy shows Vodacom's priorities, doesn't it...money money money, customer service, what customer service!!!

Worse service ever

Call centre says go to store

Store says, phone cancellation department

Cancellation department says phones activation department

Activation department says go to store...

I use to be a great supporter.of vodacom when any one complained, but after this week....no longer. I took out a 60gig contract for 699 a month on saturday. On tuesday I get the activation sms, together with a sms saying my 250mb package was activated. Next morning, the bill on myvodacom is r1195....and 0 gig. 2 days and at least 7 phone calls later, 3 of which call centre staff told me.I am on 3 different packages, not one being the 60gig one I should be on. Only one person remotely useful who phoned me every two hours or so to keep me updated. Three times this morning she called me to keep me updated, but when I called back, no one knew her....so today, after asking to speak to a manager, I was.told I am on 30gig package, when asked for balances , cause my Vodacom still shows 0, this manager continues to inform me, I have 49.5 gigs left. So I asked, you just told me I am in a 30gig contract, correct? Yes comes the answer....so my next question, how exactly do I have 49.5 gigs remaining if I am on a 30gig contract. Yip, she couldn't answer that.....so guess what, tomorrow, I am cancelling this new contract ....sorry Vodacom but I am over this and will be moving the rest.of my contracts as soon as possible....
