Bad service

If I was given a chance I would not even give vodacom a star, the terrible service I received from them after they de*****ed me, they are not even making an effort they to help me, all I asked for was a letter from them to clear my name but they just playing it wasn't delay on my side with me, I'm frustrated because my name is blacklisted because of them and they just so unprofessional, called the legal team spoke to them on tweeter, nothing no help
