Bad service

I would like write on behalf of my daughter she is with Vodacom. For the past 2 months she has been struggling with WhatsApp data that was not working and has been with call center day in day, day out with no assistance. I find this very disturbing for the service that you pay and not able to use it. What frustrates her more is they don't get back to her with feedback she needs to the follow up. This is ridiculous.
