Bad Service
I have a contract with Vodacom. I get a certain amount of voice call minutes and data, I never use the allocated voice minutes and data. Vodacom does not carry it over, the just take it away.
I am really not happy as there are months that I need the extra voice minutes and data.
I don't even want to mention the rude and abusive call agents.
They are the worst service provider ever.
Its just that I have a contract as I would rather port to MTN, CellC or Telkom
