Bad service - Cancellations Department

<p>I have phoned your cancellations department many times wanting a cancellation quote, because I want to port to mtn. Not once have i recieved the quote, nor been given a reference number for the call.</p> <p>Looks like vodacom are not allowing their customers to cancel early which is their right as per the CPA.</p> <p>I would like Vodacom to send me my cancellation quotation and stop messing me around.</p>
