Bad service

Bad experience I had with vodacom maponya mall I bought my iphone 13 at vodacom to found out they gave us a pre owned phone I took it back told me to go to iphone to so that they can remove find my iphone than went the iphone store told us the phone we had was a pre owned phone and they charged us 300 told us that we must go back to vodacom tell them they must exchange the phone and give us a new phone but they refuse to give us a new phone they booked a phone after 3 day vodacom called and tell us the part of the phone are not for iphone and the iphone is a pre owned and we must pay 9000 so that they must fix the phone we explain everything to them then they changed their mind and say we must go back to vodacom and ask them to give us a new phone but even today vodacom maponya mall refuse to give us a new phone
