BAD SERVICE by Vodacom Consultants

On 12th June 2018, I ordered a phone online. On 18th June 2018 I called Vodacom to find out the status of my order. The consultants were very rude and I couldn't get any joy from any of them. I spoke to almost the entire call centre, but still had no joy. I was transferred to a team leader, but she was very arrogant and too proud to even give me a chance to state my case. She then transferred me back to her subordinates to assist. I was told my order was cancelled. How? I do not know. How do they cancel my order without my consent? This is so unprofessional and frustrating...I was then told to reapply which is what I did. During our call, I was told that a courier company will call me to confirm my delivery address. I was shocked by this response and asked how that has to do with the courier company as I have a contract with Vodacom. My query was ignored and she responded with a very bad attitude. Today, 28th June 2018, I got a call from a courier company to deliver my phone at my residential address which is not where I requested it to be delivered. The driver was very rude and did not try and meet me half way. I am sick and tired of this nonsense as I could not afford my work to be disrupted by people that fail to do their with pride. The fact that the consultants were arrogant and completing my application with bad attitude, they ended up messing up my application and delivering things we did not agree upon. The courier driver told me that he will not drive to where I am and I will find him at the Lephalale Mall to collect my parcel.

I am not mentally disturbed. I know what I've agreed upon when I placed my order. lt is not my fault that the *********** arrogant consultant captured false information. I do not want this contract anymore. I want them to cancel it. I will never use Vodacom ever again!

Sadly, I've been using Vodacom for more than 10 years and I've never had such a bad service. Vodacom should conduct better training to their consultants and train them to be patient with frustrated customers. Phone etiquette should be the basic to their training.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
