Bad service by Vodacom

My previous expierence with Vodacom relating to my new samsaung A54 that broke and that they did not want to replaced by an new phone refers.

After my review vadocom comment and promised to give me a call relating to this review but have not heard of them since. This is just another indication how they view their customers. I had to struggle to get hold of an replacement phone to be on the air. I will definitely not recommend anyone to purchase any product from vodacom.
