Bad service by After Sale!

After sales department is pathetic!! Called twice, put one on hold for how long, did not get a proper answer. Called again, they picked up the phone, proceeding with their own conversation, didn't even bother to say hello while I am waiting for how long to be helped. Upgraded on Thursday, got an email that said the courier will deliver my parcel from 8 am to 5 pm. Still waiting on confirmation call, although I did not get an email or sms to say that someone will phone me for confirmation. I am very disappointed, AGAIN!!
