Bad service
I missed placed my phone on the 1st of June im not sure if they stole it or what but I had to block it since I didn't know where it was, I found it inside my bag in the morning I went to the police station did an affidavit went to vodacom shop in maponya to submit my documents on Sunday im still waiting, called the call center today told me there's no case but was given a reference number??? I did an upgrade they have to deliver my phone how will they deliver if I can't receive calls? I'm canceling all my contracts been saying it...

09 Jun 2020, 09:35I am so loyal to you, upgraded on the 3rd of June 2020 ordered I Phone SE so I looked at the features online it's not the phone I liked. I spoke to Nelly she's the one who did the order I called again to change my order to an I Phone 11 I was told she's going to call me from Las week even today she hasn't. Like I'm really tired of this please cancel that upgrade I don't wanna be with you guys anymore since you have alot of customers
