BAD SERVICE + BAD ATTITUDE OF EMPLOYEES

Good day,<br> <br> I am today a very unhappy client,<br> <br> I am a customer of vodacom for a long time now, from prepaid to top-up, and I have 3 phones currently with vodacom + an internet modem.<br> <br> But the service that I got from Vodacom Lydenburg (The-Heads-Shopping-Centre) is the poorest, unfriendly and rude service ever.<br> <br> On Friday (28th August 2015) I went to the store, to upgrade my phone, everything went well, and they said my new Hauwei G7, will be there on Monday morning, - To my surprise, they said to me on Monday, They forgot to ordered my phone, and said I must come back today (1 September 2015) - So today here I am, this time the lady told me, she accidentally ordered the wrong color, and I again must wait 1-2 days, before I can get my phone.<br> <br> Each time, I must take time off from work to go to vodacom, and then my phone is not there,<br> <br> I want this to be sorted out today! - I want my phone, that is already been paid for via my monthly debit order for 24months,<br> <br> I called the lady from the Lydenburg store, and when I said I'm unhappy, she hanged up the phone, How rude!!!<br>
