Bad service

Being a very loyal to vodacom I have been using the same number for years and today I am very very disappointed. I called customer care spoke to Thandi as she was explain something that did not make a sense I asked to speak to her manager and she refused she told me the manager has already went home so if her manager is not available. Does vodacom customer care only have 1 manager if so what is the use of us calling customer care and requesting to speak to managers if they are forever unavailable
