Bad service at Vodasho Cresta.
So my SIM card on a Data contract stops working. These things happen. So I take time off to go to my nearest Vodashop in Crests mall. The technical desk cant find an adaptor to fit my card in their device to test it. So I offer to pay for a SIM Swop. So I get sent to a different counter. Here the guy is really peed off because he has to actually work now. Even after telling him its a contract, he still refuses to accept my drivers licence as ID. Its a CONTRACT!! I have 5x Data Contracts!

04 Nov 2025, 07:49Still waiting for that call from Cresta. I went to the Clearwater branch and they helped me immediately. Problem solved. Vodashop Cresta will never see me again.
