Bad Service at Vodacom Shop

Vodacom Shop Wornderpark Next to PnP. My Wife got me a Phone on Contract For my Birthday on the 2nd of May. The Deal came with a Watch. She was told that she will receive the watch within 7 days as they have to order it. It has been 4 weeks and every time we go to the Shop we are told the Manager is not available when we request he/she to call us back for an update, she/he does not call back. Their Service is Poor. No Feedback, Manager is always not available.
