Bad service at vodacom Cradlestone mall

I went to Vodacom 4U in Cradlestone mall to get myself the I phone 6S Plus on contract on 30-10-2020 and on 05-11-2020 after I got home from work the phone's touch screen stopped working so then i returned to the store the next day and was told by one of the sales persons in a very rude manner that my 7 day warranty is up and all he can do is send the phone in for a repair the following week and that was the only option given to me after I told them I need the phone for work purposes.

I then took the phone to a apple tech to check it out where he then told me the phone's touch screen is broken and that it is a second hand refurbished phone and no one at vodacom had told me it was a refurbished phone before I opened the contract with them.
