bad service at vodacom

there was a ********** account under my name, and i had to wait almost 2 years for them to resolve it, now my name is still there on their system the department responsible is not removing my name i've been calling them no one is getting back tome, and this is blocking me from taking any contract am so dissapointed in vodacom
