Bad service at lephalale mall Vodacom

Good day

I have been to lephalale mall Vodacom shop 4 times today to do esim swap and I cannot get help . I’ve called the call centre 6 times . Your service is very poor . As soon as my contracts are done I will be moving to another service provider . I have four contracts with Vodacom for more than 10 years now this is the thanx I get. Your staff are very *********** and unprofessional
