BAD SERVICE AS WELL AS FALSE ADVERTISING

At the end of January 2015, I went to Vodacom Store in Overport City to upgade my modem to a WIFI ROUTE 10 Gigs which was advertised in the December/January 2015 Edition of the Vodacom Booklet which I picked up from the Store. I have same with me as proof and same is advertised on Page 47 of the book for R169,00. A guy by the name of Faraz helped me and he told me I can upgrade and take same on contract, but they do not have stock at the moment. He told me to leave my name and no as he has a book which he wrote same down in front of me. There were about 6 names already listed in the book for the same device.I have waited and waited and made a good few calls in February asking for the Router, but each time they told me they do not have stock, went into store 3 times as well, No body called me once as well, which is bad bad service.Today the 26/3/15 I went into store and the guy in store did not know what I was talking about and he could not believe that this 10 Gig was so cheap and he told me that he would have bought 10 had he known about this.I asked him where is the book that my order written in he told me that the book was lost to my disgust. Now this is bad n false advertising
