Bad service and treated like ****

I upgraded to the Samsung Note 10 end of June 2020. As with a Upgrade you get 7 days to return the phone should it be faulty however, my new phone switched off by it self 2 weeks after I got the phone. Thought maybe I forgot the charge the phone. 2 weeks later the phone did it again. Again thought it could be the battery but on 16 August it went completely dead and didn't switch back on again. All my photos, videos of my daughters first steps after her huge operation, everything gone. Took the phone to the repair shop in Hatfield on 17 Aug and was told that the phone will be fixed under warranty and it will take 3 to 4 days. After 4 days I kept on phoning and was told that they struggled to get parts. Got the phone back on 31 Aug with marks on my screen protector and kept it changed as I first wanted to see of the phone really works. Today, 3 September, whilst I transferred my details to the Samsung Note 10 it started flickering and switched off again. I made a video of this to proof that the phone was changed and it is happening whilst I transferred my details. So I was told again that they will not replace the phone and send it again to fix. Completely unacceptable and I want a new phone. So disappointed and disappointed with the attitude I got from the manager Johan Kruger. Being a loyal customer for 16 years with many contracts and this is how you get treated.
