Bad service and they dnt care

Firstly Friday lady week the 7 April 2016 it was friday I spoke to consultant not sure of a name with regard my phone I was taking for repair no question where ask I even if we where done she took the phone and ask me to fill some forms which I did I left and days pass by. So on Tuesday I went there again because there was no communication done I spoke to another she helped and told me it wasn't sent so I ask ker to do it and ttoday the 14April 2016 in receive a massage with my job number no quotation send and I call the vodacom branch and I spoke to Banker or Blanca very rude I'm called three times and time was 05:50 I made three calls she told me she couldn't hear me I ask her to call back I give a the number no call was made I called back again . She doesn't have phone manners though I have provided her with my details she doesn't call me back I'm very upset and angry .call dropped and no one has came back to me .
