Bad service and rude consultants

Vodacom is the worst service provider. I personally would never recommend anyone to use vodacom. For the past few years I've been using vodacom with hopes that they will get better, but they seem to be not willing to change. At this rate I might as well just port my number to other service providers. Their customer care service is the worst, their consultants are rude and speak badly tto customers. They constantly block my service and my business loose money that I can not recover. I would not advice anyone to take up a contract with vodacom. All I want is to cancel all the contacts I have with them before I go crazy. I regret very much.
