Bad service and reception

We stay on a farm just outside Fochville in the direction Parys. For the last few months have we been struggeling with bad reception and signal so bad that non of us can be reached once called by someone. I have made so many calls to Vodacom for assistance but they tell me they will only come out if we have 5 numbers that is giving the same problem. It is only me and my pentioner parents that is living here on the farm with 2 Vodacom numbers, we must run around on the farm to search for signal when we want to make a call. This was never like this before and we need help please so that they can fix the problem.
