Bad service and promises of lie

Very bad service from legal ferguson.losper sent email and they called me they promise to fix the miss payment they included on my credit records and they haven’t fixed it. They said they will fix it in 21 working days but still nothing. I tried to call but I’ve been sent to one person to the other. They asked me to forward emails to th team leader but still non help . I’m angry cause this damaging my name my credit score making it difficult for me to apply for things I want .
