Bad service and promises not met

<p>I redeemed my talking points to data and within 15 minutes all my data was gone this was on saturaday 14/05/2016. so i called the call centre and spoke to an agent i cannot remember her name but she was rude and hung up on me, i then called again and spoke to connie who was NICE and she then handed the call over to her manager Phindile who was also willing to assist me . He said i could follow up with the query on sunday which i did i spoke to victor from the talking points department who said he will get back to me but hasnt. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer services. i had a very bad experience and i am still waiting to resolve my query... can someone call me back</p>
