Bad service and poor communication from Vodacom

On the 1 March 2019 we bought an I phone for my daughter and in December the phone screen stopped working then she took it back to Vodacom Potchefstroom on the 18 Feb 2020 where the phone was bought and until today nothing has been done, they refused to loan her a phone and worse we the one that must follow up with then today when we call them they kept on sending us sms but the phone still is not fixed nor they can advice when the phone will be available. I mean she uses the phone for University and we had to go out of our way to make sure we borrow a phone as she is at Univesity and stays there away from home.
