Bad service and poor communication

On the 19th Feb 2015 I called the accounts department of Vodacom as my account is in arrears and I phoned in to make pmt arrangements. I phoned and said that I was aware of the arrears and I will ensure that there is enough money in my account at the end of the month for the arrears. I was told that I had to pay the arrears cash and I said I would and a note was made on the system that the money would be paid. I also asked for a note to be made not to disconnect me as I will ensure payment is made and I am waiting for money back from my medical aid. the lady informed me that my lines would not be suspended and a note was made about the payment. at about 5pm on the 19th my lines were suspended. I had asked very nicely for this not to happen as I have small kids in school and I may need to arrange for someone else to collect them but now if I am stuck in traffic I cannot which will result in me having to pay penalty fees at the school. I feel that the call centre agent did not do her job properly and did not explain everything in detail to me and now I am disconnected. I have been a customer for 10yrs, I have never missed a payment. now I am in a situation as I don't have a phone
